These instructions will show you how to check the status of the ISBN that was purchased through TheBookPatch.com.

1. Login to TheBookPatch.com by entering your email address and password and clicking the Log In button at the top right.

2. Click the My Account link located below the logo.

3. Click the My ISBNs tab.

4. Below you will see a list of ISBNs this member purchased and the status of this ISBN under the Status column. The Status with either be Not Registered, Registration Pending or Completed.

a. Not Registered means the member has not assigned the ISBN number to a book yet. Click the text to go register your ISBN to your book.

b. Registration Pending means the member assigned the ISBN to a book but we have not completed the registration on our end yet. Could take up to 14 business days but usually done within 5 business days.

c. Completed means we have registered your ISBN with Bowker (the only company that handles all of the US ISBNs).
