We are a fully automated, digital print on demand system.  Once your order is placed, it goes into the queue at midnight and goes to press the following day.  

From there it takes 3-5 business days to print, fold, bind and place the cover, after that it is shipped on the 4th or 5th business day.  Business days start the first business day after the order was placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. 

Until it is packaged, your book is not touched by human hands. Because of our automated system we are able to produce high quality books at an extremely low price.  However it limits our capability to change, customize or expedite any orders. It also limits the size and type of books we offer.
